The installation guide of lamps

The temperature in the oven basically is decided by the wattage of lamp, then the distance to targeted heating subject and distance to each lamp.

The density of the lamps are displayed and distance to targeted heating subjects will effect the temperature rising speed and the temperature uniformity of targeted heating subjects.

The closer distance of each lamp, or the shorten distance of lamps to targeted heating subjects, will cause the temperature uniformity of targeted heating subjects.

Targeted temperature, under 150℃, the recommended distance between IR lamps and targeted heating subject will be 20-25cm.

Targeted temperature, 150℃-300℃, the recommended distance between IR lamps and targeted heating subject will be 10-15cm.

Targeted temperature, above 150℃, the recommended distance between IR lamps and targeted heating subject will be 5-10cm.

Following are the recommended illuminated angles of IR lamps

(1) The illuminated angle: 120° is the most effective way.

 in the oven

(2) The overlapping position: the overlapping distance of each lamp should be least 10-20mm.

(3) The distance among each lamp(d):d=2a-overlapping distance(a=h*tan60°)

(4)For better temperature uniformity, the illuminated angle can be 90°

(5)The best solution of temperature uniformity: The illuminated plane of each lamp is completely overlapped.
